The conflict between the fast earth rotation and the health, which has to be taken care of delicately, looks like the parallel lines that can never meet. But this problem turns out to have an easy solution. That is the wise management of time allocation and the selection of foods, or simply stated that you must allow yourself to move slowly along with the earth’s rotation, turning towards nature more and more in order to select the foods which are easy to consume.
What about foods which help to keep your body healthy? At present, such a question has already initiated in your mind. We can tell you that you are the lucky person because the answer is already present in this book.
Even though the earth is rotating fast such that the issue on growing vegetables along the hedges is almost impossible, but the era of convenient communication and the world of highly competitive economics have created benefits for us. That is the amounts of fresh vegetables of various kinds available for us to select for consumption, from the one on the village hedges to the sophisticated high-society vegetables imported from far away lands, there are also various types to select, from the one full of toxic substances to the one that is safe from toxic substances, no toxic substances, or with out toxic substances, as well as the kinds of shops you can buy, from the nearby markets, popular department stares, all the way to the new systems in delivering vegetables to your home, we have plenty of vegetables to choose for consumption unendingly.
Consuming vegetables is not difficult, except if you have not been trained since childhood, or have other claim that you don’t have enough time to buy them. Some vegetables need not much time to prepare because they can be eaten raw; or if you can spare time to have fun in creating vegetables to become healthy foods, it can be said that during 365 days you won’t repeat the same delicious menu.
Vegetables are living creatures grown from the soil with plenty of minerals as well as phytochemicals from the earth and energy from the solar system, tightly compacted underneath the thin leaves that are crispy when placed on your dish. Simply consume vegetables enough to satisfy your body continuously, you shall immediately appreciate the improved health system right there with your own eyes.

Good Health through Back to Nature

This morning, what did you eat with rice? Such an easy question has been frequently asked in every day's life of the Thai people. However, it is not easy to answer the above question during this period of time.

At present, time has turned very rapidly with rushing condition which has stolen more then half of the time for one to be in the kitchen to make fire in the stove, and with the warm atmosphere of having the members of the family to sit together for a meal. The clock's hands have started to move as fast as the rocket. Fast foods become the answer automatically, When the question, "This morning, what did you eat with rice?" is repeated, tuna sandwich, burger, tea, coffee, and toast, etc., become the familiar answers to the ears of many persons. All this is just enough for us to turn ourselves to follow the gears of time, society and industrial world that are fast moving.

Upon scrutinizing, the answer to the above question has cleverly reflected the interesting angles that can be summarized simply that at present we are destroying
our health unknowingly. The foods wee consumed are just enough to satisfy hunger, just like putting firewood in the stove.

In reality, we are living organisms that our body and soul need to be delicately taken care of. We do not have spare parts to be a reserve for deteriorated organs. Same of the working systems of the body which have lost cannot be recovered in the same manner as the information in the computer.
